Never underestimate the level of sophistication in the homosexual lobby. There was no expectation that the High Court would ever rule that State legislatures could usurp Federal Acts. It was a costly exercise in futility and they knew it.

Gay activists usually get what they want and they wanted the same sex marriage debate front and centre in the public’s mind. They got it… and not one cent was spent on TV ads.

They had trotted out their most articulate adherents to make their case to the cameras in a PR coup.

We are becoming inured to the concept of gay marriage, we are slowly becoming acclimated to the vision of two blokes kissing without throwing up. The campaign is working!

But their wedding cakes’ icing hides an unpalatable feast of oddities.

The gay lobby was also responsible for manipulation of the AIDS debate, using millions in taxpayer funds to establish the false claim that AIDS included heterosexuals.

That lie still lingers. [AIDS can only be contracted through an exchange of blood and gays contract it through anal sex.]
It's truly amazing what can be achieved with the weight of advertising dollars.

The gay and lesbians’ political arm are the despicable Greens who tractably mirror and support each and every move they make, while the successful gay mardi gras continues to gain them further public acceptance.

The cashed up gay juggernaut is determined to have their agenda and they have secreted in their locker, “polyamor” (threesomes marriages) and a number of more weird options.

Unfortunately they can all involve the inclusion of children, and that’s the worry

Anyone who warns of their intentions is publicly ridiculed and ostracised… just ask Cory Bernardi.

What is it with these comments boxes? I can only write so many words. I’ve noticed some people have long posts. Do I have to qualify or something?

I’ve worked with homosexuals throughout much of my working life, unfortunately, especially in teaching and welfare. I have my own reasons to disagree with what they do, and I find the most disturbing thing about them is that they are trying to kill our ability to disagree. The homosexual lobby is powerful and shifty. When I worked with them in the ’80s and’90s, they had a powerful voice, and even those homosexuals who were “nice” people were still difficult to work with, because of the politics of it all. We were forever treading on eggshells in case we upset them;… Read more »

I think the most selfish act that I have ever heard was two gays adopted identical twin boys. Their relationship broke up. But, what about the baby boys? One child went with one ‘parent’, the other went with the other ‘parent’. I believe deeply imbedded in a woman’s DNA, is an overwhelming need to nurture a child that they give birth to. Unless the mother is a drug addict or has a severe depression, a mother would never, ever separate twins. Those little boys should have gone with the one ‘parent’. I bet if you took a poll, any mother… Read more »

One of the headlines in The Melbourne Age on Friday was “Australia being left far, far behind” I thought “Wow, is this about health care, or maybe our standard of living or perhaps education or the national wellbeing. It wasn’t, it was about homosexuals and lesbians not being allowed to marry. I wrote in and said “Sensationalist headlines shouldn’t be used by the noisy minority to push it’s cause. I was overwhelmed by outrages remarks. I have been subjected to abuse from a the most intolerant section of our society. I don’t care what you do in the bedroom or… Read more »

Polygamy is alive and flourishing in the Aboriginal and Islamic sectors of Australian Society it should ne noted. These are not covered by the definition of “marriage” currently in vogue.

And while the eight men are at it, if they are legally married then they should be able to adopt children, think of the love those wonderful children can have with eight dad’s. There is a time to draw the line, and that time is NOW.

Gay marriage is a concern of the Australian people. They don’t want it. Once you have gay marriage you will have to have polygamy, and gay polygamy. So eight men can be all married together and be husbands and wives as they see fit. The law and society would get very very complex.

http://rt.com/news/australian-paedophile-us-jail-976/th just a reminder that this couple was interviewed by ABC FNQ after being hassled over their adoption and were also featured as gay marriage rights advocates in the US some years ago This story disappeared pretty quickly yet is part of the reason that RUSSIA tightened it’s international adoption laws

This issue just underlines the bias of the ABC -as Piers Akerman has said the issue of gay marriage is of concern to 1% of people -many gays aren’t the slightest bit interested. The ABC continues on as if gay marriage is a leading concern in Australian society when really employment, eduction, health, people smuggling, rising electricity costs and a raft of other issues are far more important to the Australian people.

In one of my lives I worked in the Pilbara region of WA where the local joke was that you had to back in the door to get promotion. When their activities were finally exposed it sent shivers up the spines of a lot of local residents especially when some of those exposed were regular minders of their children. From the project manager down, who personally puts the weights on me, this international company was rotten to the core. The master mechanic, a tall well built Scot with ruddy complexion was spotted in Perth wearing a floral dress with hand… Read more »

I’ve known and worked with quite a number of homosexuals. Most were ordinary, very decent, private and responsible individuals, didn’t flaunt their sexuality, and in fact one would not pick them as being homosexual. A small minority, though, seem to take a somewhat childish glee in trying to shock by flaunting their sexuality and effecting very exaggerated female mannerisms (female homosexuals seem to be a little more subdued) Rebelling and wanting to shock is the type of behaviour that one would usually associate with young juveniles. Perhaps the minds of such people have somehow failed to develop beyond adolescence. Having… Read more »
