Well done Ralph! Watch the smear campaign gain momentum in the next few months, it will be relentless! As with Kathy Jackson and the attacks on her and her credibility etc, even led by Shorten himself in cowards castle! Watch the scum bags circle the wagons and send out their usual helpers in the Unions, Media and Public groups like Get Up et al, to run a guerilla campaign against every individual and group that dares to speak up!

Me thinks that because she committed the offences before she became PM,hypothetically, she loses everything she was awarded after the offence date.In other words….she’s fucked.(Sorry about the use of the “F'” word but I couldn’t put it any other way. Please don’t ban me Larry.I could just as easily used the “C” word to describe Gillard)

Actually,I’d like to see what crap Gillard shoots to explain HER actions.Bearing in mind that these RC Q.C’s know the answers to their questions before they ask them.As my dear old mum used to say….every dog has his day & everyone eventually has to pay the piper!

I am afraid, Shotgun, that money will talk, and some big-time QC (or is it SC if you are of Labor persuasion? – but no, that is only if you are prepared to take a little less in your fee) will exhibit his or her flair and intellect, and present, whether true or untrue, some ‘evidence’ to shoot Ralph down in flames (probably a very smarter-than-we-ordinary-mug-Aussies are) and he, Ralph, will be seen to be the villain and Professor Julia will profess on at Adelaide Uni (and elsewhere in our world) with a wonderful pension and travel allowance funded by… Read more »

The big sticking point is when the Power of Attorney on behalf of Ralph was signed. He maintains it was not signed in front of him but over in WA after the fact. Some where someone has to be able to find out where Ralph was and where Julia was when it was signed. If it was not signed in front of Ralph and proven so, she is history.

The Thiess contributions were about 400k. This scam went on for over 3 years. Thiess were still making monthly payments after the Dawesville Cut had been completed. I am waiting to see how the Thiess executives explain that.

No he wasn’t. The mortgage was paid out of ether sale proceeds. The interesting question is where the balance of the sale proceeds went.

Gillard will find that the questioning from the Royal Commission will be a tad more incisive than the questioning she got from the adoring Canberra press gallery. The noose will be tight and get tighter. Can I have a copy of her police mug shot?

I’m sure they had many more than Thiess on the drip.

BBS – Join the Ralphy Fan Club – I’m growing quite fond of him. If he lands Gillard in the quagmire I’ll be more than fond of him.

Wilson had to be making the mortgage payments, that’s why Blewitt can’t recall them. After all, he gave a heap of cash to Wilson over time, so Wilson could easily have paid cash for the mortgage.

Ahh. So it is the beginning of the end. I wonder when a Slater and Gordon senior partners are called in and when Julia and Bruce get called in. This is going to be very interesting. I wonder if the ABC and unFairfax will deem it newsworthy enough to report?

The Sydney Morning Herald carries nothing about this so far at 03:25PM, only that Bruce Wilson attacks photographers. They must have a death wish!

Ralph in the words of my late grandfather “scrubs up pretty well” doesn’t he? Love the fact he is wearing a blue tie and handkerchief in the pocket. Whom do I trust? Ralph certainly and not Julia. He has had the courage to come forward and cop the punishment but Julia sends in the expensive Silks.

It seems he might have her on the Power of Attorney. Unless she can prove that she went to Perth on or before the day it was signed.

Ralph is a stand-up guy of the first order. Even risking his own freedom to do the honest thing. I won’t be pleased if he cops any punishment.

Also on Foxtel. Anyone see Mark Arbib being cross examined in the Pink Batts enquiry? My how meek and mild the mighty seem now.
